Job Description
A family in Dubai is hiring a live-out Personal Driver (second driver).
The role requires frequent international travel, with all travel days paid additionally.

Requirements
- EU citizenship is MANDATORY (MUST HAVE EU/SCHENGEN CITIZENSHIP)
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent driving record (no accidents, including minor ones)
- Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Proficiency with Google Maps
- Reliability, punctuality, proactive attitude
- Zero tolerance for passive or slow behaviour
Structure of the Work
- Reporting to: the principals (married couple; no children) and the Executive Personal Assistant (EPA)
- Supervised by: the EPA
- Support the EPA and PA with delegated tasks, hands-on errands, coordination, calls, follow-ups, research and task execution
- Responsible for meticulous daily care of the principals’ luxury vehicle and accurate record-keeping in the assigned spreadsheet
Working Hours
- 6 working days per week
- 1 day off per week
- Flexible, task-based schedule (not fixed office hours)
- Must remain reachable and responsive throughout the working day
- Immediate action required on all assigned tasks
- Must be comfortable switching between driver duties and general operational errands
Systems & Workflow
- Tools used: ChatGPT, Todoist, and shared spreadsheets
- Training provided, but the candidate must be willing to learn and adapt
Additional Information
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for paid trial days as a sign of respect for your time and effort.
Skills
– Holds an EU/Schengen passport (mandatory). US citizenship or valid US visa is a strong advantage.
– Previous experience as a professional driver/chauffeur with a clean driving record.
– Willing to travel internationally frequently (multi-day or multi-week trips).
– Willing to work flexible, task-based hours, including evenings, weekends and last-minute changes.
– Confident driving luxury cars/SUVs and following precise instructions.
– Comfortable using smartphone apps and basic digital tools (navigation, WhatsApp, task apps).
– Reliable, punctual, disciplined and able to maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism.
