This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Sales Training Manager. The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for designing, organizing, and implementing sales training programs, as well as evaluating their effectiveness. The role includes working closely with sales teams to enhance performance, coaching individual team members, and providing continuous professional development. The Sales Training Manager will also be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and ensure training materials align with organizational goals and strategies.
