Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Dubai. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building and sustaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, providing product or service demonstrations, and preparing and following up on proposals and contracts. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining updated knowledge of company services, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management roles
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Proven ability in Negotiation, Persuasion, and Closing Sales deals effectively
• Understanding of Technical Services, Maintenance, or Facilities Management industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the Dubai at least 2-4years in Cleaning Company or any Facility management.
• Driving license required mandatory
• Any nationality
