A global leader in advanced technology solutions is seeking an accomplished PMO Manager to drive excellence across a diverse project portfolio in the Middle East. This is a confidential search managed by eMagine Solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead a center of excellence for program management, introducing best-practice methodologies and performance metrics.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive program management frameworks, policies, and procedures adopted across all projects and programs.
  • Supervise and mentor Project Coordinators, Document Controllers, and Project Administrators to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery.
  • Oversee, track, and report on program portfolio status, progress, and risks to senior management.
  • Administer and report on all program finances, ensuring project budgets are accurately estimated, allocated, and controlled.
  • Coach and support project teams on delivery methodologies, covering all phases from initiation to closure.


Skills

Candidate Profile

  • Solid administrative background, with clear progression into project/program management.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a PMO leadership or senior project management role, ideally in technology, engineering, or security sectors.
  • Expertise in PMO best practices, frameworks, and methodologies (PMP or equivalent certification preferred).
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with proven ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Financial management experience related to project budgets.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
