Role Purpose

The Patient Relations Executive will act as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their healthcare journey. This role involves managing patient inquiries, resolving concerns, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.
  • Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and ensure timely communication.
  • Handle patient feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate with clinical and support teams to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
  • Promote HealthHub services and assist patients with insurance and billing queries.
  • Support initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.



Skills

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a patient-facing role within healthcare.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems.
  • Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and insurance processes is an advantage.
