Saleswoman – Sports Retail (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Saleswoman to join our sports retail stores. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for sports products. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide expert product assistance
• Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets
• Develop strong product knowledge to support customer needs
• Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked
• Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
• Assist with inventory control, stock checks, and reporting
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and positivity
• Support daily store operations as required
• Use Odoo or Microsoft NAV systems as needed for sales and stock management

Skills

Requirements:

• Female, under 28 years old
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience (sports or fashion retail preferred)
• Relevant educational qualifications in Business, Marketing, or similar fields
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage
• Ability to work well in a busy, team-driven environment
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
