Role Overview: Demand Planning Coordinator supports Global S&OP Manager in handling forecasts, preparing reports, and coordinating the monthly S&OP cycle for all production sites. This hybrid role combines administrative support with analytical responsibilities, ensuring accurate data flow between Sales, Operations, Production, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demand Planning Support
• Assist in collecting, consolidating, and validating sales forecasts from different markets or sales teams. • Update demand planning tools, spreadsheets, and systems with the latest forecast inputs.
• Track forecast changes and highlight deviations or inconsistencies to senior planners.
• Support monthly demand reviews by preparing charts, summaries, and demand history analyses.
2. S&OP Process Administration • Maintain calendars, schedules, and documentation for the S&OP cycle (Demand Review, Supply Review, PreS&OP, Executive S&OP).
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and data packs for cross-functional S&OP meetings. • Record key discussion points, decisions, and action items, and ensure follow-up with stakeholders.
• Support the integration of data across systems to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and inventory.
3. Data Management & Reporting
• Run weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory levels.
• Ensure data accuracy by performing checks and flagging discrepancies.
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs under the guidance of senior planners.
• Support basic data analysis to identify trends or issues across demand and inventory.
4. Inventory & Supply Coordination
• Assist in tracking stock levels, slow movers, and potential shortages.
• Support communication between planners, logistics, and warehouse teams on stock availability.
• Help prepare reports for replenishment decisions or inventory review meetings.
5. Cross-Functional Communication
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to gather required data and updates.
• Support the planning team in resolving minor issues related to data, reporting, or documentation.
• Ensure smooth information flow and timely updates across departments.
6. Administrative Responsibilities
• Maintain organized files and documentation for forecasts, reports, and planning cycles.
• Support system data entry and updates (ERP, planning tools, spreadsheets).
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks requested by the S&OP or Supply Chain team
Skills
Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or data management are welcome.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of planning systems (SAP, Oracle and etc.) is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of supply chain concepts (forecasting, inventory, demand/supply processes) preferred.

• Comfortable working with digital tools, data platforms, and planning systems.
