A reputable and well-established Industrial Machinery company is actively recruiting a Sales Director for their team in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement plans to maximise sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and gain a competitive edge.
- Maximize product margins by developing a sales product mix portfolio to optimize costs, capability, and capacity.
- Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of regional team.
- Identify potential risk-return opportunities.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Open to candidates based in, or willing to relocate to the UAE who have prior UAE/regional coverage experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of sales experience within the Industrial Machinery industry.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market and regulatory environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
