Sales Manager - HORECA

To lead and grow the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés & Catering) business by driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and executing channel strategies in line with company objectives within the food and beverage industry.


Tactical


• Develop and implement HORECA sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion potential within hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering segments.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support decision-making. Work closely with the factory R&D team to support and align New Product Development (NPD) initiatives with market and customer requirements.


Operational (Core)


Manage and grow key HORECA accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and retention. 
• Execute sales plans, promotions, and pricing strategies as per company guidelines. 
• Drive new customer acquisition and ensure effective onboarding. 
• Monitor sales performance against targets and initiate corrective actions when required.
Conduct regular performance reviews by assessing sales targets versus actual orders, identifying gaps, and driving new business opportunities.
Ensure effective territory coverage to maximize market penetration and sales productivity.


Operational (General


• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports. 
• Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure product availability and smooth order execution. 
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and timely collection of receivables.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


Minimum 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in the Food & Beverage / HORECA sector, with proven experience in managing key accounts and leading sales teams.
