We’re looking for a Conversion Optimization Specialist with deep knowledge of Amazon creative performance. In this role, you’ll review product listing visuals—including images, A+ Content, and other assets—to ensure they’re set up for maximum conversion and click-through. You’ll work across multiple designers, optimize creative strategy, run polls to test visuals, and help clearly communicate each product’s UVC (Unique Value Communication). Your mission: boost CTR, improve conversions, and help every product image sell harder.
What You’ll Do
- Review Amazon listing creatives (images, A+ Content, etc.) for conversion effectiveness
- Audit design assets and provide clear, data-backed feedback to improve CTR and CVR
- Ensure each product communicates a strong UVC with visual clarity
- Collaborate with multiple designers to guide creative direction and optimization
- Conduct customer polls or testing to validate visual performance
- Track creative performance and suggest continuous listing improvements
- Work with Brand Managers and Creative team to align visuals with sales goals
