We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and callers. This role includes handling front-desk operations, providing administrative support, and maintaining smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue badges when required.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating conference rooms.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, data entry, and preparing basic documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to support day-to-day office operations.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information when needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service attitude and professional appearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
