Job Description: Marketing and Business Manager for Gaming Gears (Middle East Region) Location: Dubai or Riyadh Department: Marketing – Gaming Gears Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Gaming Gear Marketing Expert to lead marketing strategy and execution for gaming peripherals across the Middle East region. This role requires a deep understanding of the gaming community, esports ecosystem, retailer dynamics, and category competitiveness. The ideal candidate will bring strong regional marketing experience, the ability to build impactful campaigns, and a proven history of growing brand presence and demand for gaming products.Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for gaming peripherals (keyboards, mice, headsets mainly and secondary for ASUS/ROG ecosystem).• Plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across retail, online, social, and esports channels.• Build strong relationships with key retailers, e-tailers, and esports partners to drive visibility and engagement.• Manage product launches, go-to-market plans, and promotional calendars tailored to each GCC market.• Drive co-marketing with power retailers and distributors, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and performance KPIs.• Lead community-driven initiatives, influencer collaborations, esports sponsorships, and activations.• Monitor category performance, competitor activities, and market trends; deliver actionable data-driven insights.• Ensure the brand maintains a premium presence across online and offline retail touchpoints.• Manage marketing budgets efficiently, maximizing ROI across programs and partnerships.• Work closely with the PM and sales team for all sales activities. Be responsible for overall sales result of Gaming Gears.Qualifications: • 10+ years of marketing experience in gaming peripherals, consumer electronics, or PC hardware. • Strong understanding of regional gaming communities, esports landscape, and influencer ecosystem in GCC.• Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns across retail and digital channels.• Experience collaborating with retailers like Jarir, Virgin, Sharaf DG, Extra, Amazon, Noon, etc.• Data-driven thinker with strong analytical and reporting skills.• Excellent communication, creative judgment, and project management abilities.• Fluent in English and Arabic KPIs:• Category growth and brand market share in gaming peripherals across the ME region.• Sell-out performance across key retailers and e-commerce platforms.• Campaign effectiveness (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI).• Success of influencer, esports, and community-driven initiatives.• Execution quality across product launches, promotions, and retail visibility.Disclaimer:When you submit your information to Linked In, your information will be collected, processed, and used by Linked In.
