The Document Controller & Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing project documentation, ensuring proper document control procedures, and assisting in project coordination activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between various teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Document Control:Establish, maintain, and manage document control systems and processes. Track, manage, and maintain project documents (e.g., drawings, reports, specifications, correspondence). Ensure that all documents are properly categorized, filed, and archived. Control access to project documentation, ensuring confidentiality and integrity. Prepare regular reports on document status, including document revisions, approvals, and distribution. Project Coordination:Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities. Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Communicate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure on-time delivery. Identify and escalate potential project risks or delays to relevant stakeholders. Administrative Support:Provide administrative support for project-related tasks. Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence and reports. Maintain accurate records of project expenditures and resource allocation.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in document control and project coordination, preferably in [mention industry, e.g., construction, engineering, IT]. Proficiency in document control software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations for document management.
