The ideal candidate will have strong experience in preparing high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to the family’s dietary preferences. This is a live-in position requiring professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage all kitchen-related operations independently. Key Responsibilities Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with a strong focus on healthy, balanced, and nutritious dishes. Plan weekly menus based on family preferences, dietary requirements, and seasonal availability. Handle grocery shopping, ingredient sourcing, and inventory management. Ensure the kitchen is always clean, organized, and well-stocked. Prepare meals for small gatherings or family occasions when required. Accommodate special dietary requests, allergies, or health-focused meal plans. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation. Respect family privacy, cultural sensitivity, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a Private Chef, Healthy Food Chef, or similar role (experience with VIP families is a plus). Strong knowledge of nutrition, healthy cooking techniques, and international cuisines. Ability to plan menus, manage supplies, and work independently. Flexibility in working hours based on the family’s routine. High level of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to live on-site and adapt to a household environment.
