Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability. Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT requirements, and company policies. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage banking relationships, audits, and external financial partners. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure high-quality performance.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience, preferably in advertising, media, or related industries. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and UAE regulatory requirements. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
