A reputable local entity in Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated and skilled Talent Specialist to join their HR team. Position: Talent Specialist Location: Abu Dhabi Nationality: Emirati Nationals only Salary: Up to AED 24,000 per month Experience: Minimum 4 years in HR (Talent Acquisition / Talent Management). Key Responsibilities:Support end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition activities. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures. Assist in developing talent programs, succession planning, and employee engagement. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with United Emirates labor laws. Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver high-quality candidates. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in HR. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of United Emirates HR practices and recruitment trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset.
