Job Summary

Zaina Cafe is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Barista Supervisor to oversee daily café operations. The ideal candidate must be a master in barista skills, capable of managing the store independently, and fluent in both Arabic and English. Candidates who are available immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily café operations and lead a team of minimum 2 staff members.
• Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation standards.
• Train and guide baristas in beverage preparation, customer service, and hygiene practices.
• Manage the café independently, ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and usage control.
• Handle POS systems, cash management, and prepare daily sales summaries.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with UAE food safety guidelines.
• Ensure excellent customer service and manage customer queries or complaints effectively.
• Coordinate staff schedules, performance, and operational improvements with management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Barista + at least 1 year as a Supervisor in the F&B industry (mandatory).
• Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (required).
• Master-level expertise in barista skills, including coffee preparation and latte art.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Able to manage the store independently without supervision.
• Experience in inventory management and POS handling.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
