Position Title: Customer Relations Executive – Business Center Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 13K AED depending on experience and qualification. Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A business hub provider in Dubai.Job Description Building relationships with potential customers and converting leads into new clients. Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. Managing customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints across various channels, including email, phone, and social media. Collaborating with other internal departments to optimize the existing customer experience.Qualifications:At least bachelor’s degree with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Must be fluent in speaking English and knows how to communicate with clients & managers via phone and email in a firm and friendly way.
