Overview of the role

The Business Analyst (Digital Product & Agile Delivery) serves as a bridge between business operations and digital delivery teams, translating functional needs into actionable digital requirements. This hybrid role combines traditional business analysis discipline capturing, documenting and validating business requirements with agile delivery techniques, including user story creation, customer journey mapping, and hypothesis-based testing. The role works closely with Digital Champions within each business function (Commercial, Finance, Operations, Collections etc) to ensure digital initiatives deliver measurable value while maintaining business continuity and alignment with the overall transformation roadmap.


What you will do

• Gather and Analyse Business Requirements – Conduct workshops with business teams and Digital Champions to capture needs, validate business rules, and prioritise features.

• Define Agile Artifacts (User Stories, Epics, Acceptance Criteria) – Convert approved business requirements into structured agile deliverables ready for development.

•  Map and Redesign Customer Journeys – Document as-is and to-be journeys, identify pain points, and propose digital enhancements aligned with target operating model.

• Support Hypothesis-Driven Discovery – Frame business challenges as testable hypotheses; validate through data insights or customer testing before committing to build

• Collaborate with Delivery Pods and Digital Champions – Serve as liaison between business functions and technical teams; ensure clarity, alignment, and feedback loops during delivery

• Facilitate Testing and UAT Readiness – Prepare test scenarios, manage UAT execution, and ensure user acceptance before release

• Drive Continuous Improvement – Track post-release performance, capture lessons learned and feed them into backlog refinement and future sprints.

Required Skills to be successful

•  The role works closely with Digital Champions from each business unit to identify process gaps, capture improvement opportunities, and translate them into technology-enabled solutions delivered through agile pods.

•  Should be able to translate business requirement and write Use cases/ stories. Manage Business requirement documentation. 

• Well worsed with Excel, Powerpoint and Whiteboard Teams Tools 

•  Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies 



What equips you for the role

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.

•  Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile Product Ownership (PSPO, CSPO, IIBA-AAC).

• Knowledge of financial services, leasing, and rental processes preferred.

• 6–8 years of experience in business and digital analysis roles within transformation environments

• Proven ability to work across both traditional BRD-based and Agile delivery models.

• Experience with CRM, ERP, or financial systems (e.g., CarPro, Xapiens) and data platforms.

• Skilled in requirements elicitation, process mapping, journey design, and hypothesis validation.
