We are looking for a Ticketing Agent to manage flight bookings, issue tickets, and support customers with all travel-related inquiries. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) and excellent customer service skills.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Handle flight reservations, bookings, re-bookings, and cancellations.
Issue and re-issue tickets using Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
Provide fare quotations, travel routes, and itinerary options to customers.
Process refunds, EMDs, exchanges as per airline rules.
Maintain accurate passenger records and daily booking reports.
Assist customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries.
Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes, baggage rules, and travel regulations.
