Role Description
We are seeking a passionate Relationship Manager, Sales Manager, or Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying and targeting new clients, crafting tailored proposals, managing negotiations, and ensuring the fulfillment of sales targets. Additionally, the candidate will liaise with various internal departments to deliver the best client experience and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven experience in relationship management, sales, and business development Knowledge of real estate markets, luxury property trends, and Dubai's real estate regulations Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field Experience in luxury real estate sales is a strong advantage A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
