Role : Inspection Manager - UAEN Talent Pool. Location : Dubai, UAESalary : 30,000+ family benefits.Responsibilities: Oversees all inspection activities that ensure products, equipment, processes, or worksites meet required standards. Develops inspection plans, schedules, and procedures. Assigns inspection tasks to inspectors and coordinates daily operations. Ensures adequate manpower, tools, and testing equipment are available. Ensures all inspections meet regulatory, industry, and company standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.). Manages a team of inspectors and technicians. Provides training, guidance, and performance reviews& Ensures inspectors follow safety and quality procedures. Acts as the focal point between management, clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Participates in project meetings and communicates inspection findings. Identifies trends in inspection results to suggest process improvements. Ensures inspections are conducted safely and in accordance with HSE guidelines.Key Skills & QualificationsMust hold a Bachelor's degree with min 5-8 years of strong knowledge of relevant inspection standards and codes. with entities in the UAE. Should have min 5 years of Leadership and team management experience. Should have good Report writing and documentation control skills.Salary AED 30,000+ family benefits.
