The platform has executed 150+ transactions across 25+ countries, with a strong institutional LP base and a clear ambition to scale its private equity franchise. The buyout team focuses on upper-mid and large-cap control deals, sector-agnostic but with recurring exposure to consumer, healthcare, business services, financial services, and technology. The firm is expanding its investment team in Abu Dhabi and seeks an Associate to support end-to-end deal execution and portfolio value creation.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal sourcing and screening Supporting the assessment of new investment opportunities through market mapping, thematic research, and commercial analysis. Financial modelling & due diligence Building detailed LBO models, running scenario analyses, coordinating due diligence streams (commercial, financial, legal, operational). Supporting the preparation of IC materials, valuation workstreams, process management, and interactions with advisors, banks, and management teams. Portfolio value creation Working with operating partners and management teams to drive growth, bolt-on M&A, and strategic initiatives across a diversified global portfolio. Research & strategy Developing viewpoints on target sectors; contributing to the team’s investment theses and global expansion initiatives.Candidate Profile:3– 5 years of experience in top-tier investment banking, private equity, or consulting (MBB / Tier-1 strategy). Strong financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution skills. Generalist mindset with the ability to work across sectors and geographies. Experience with large or upper-mid-cap transactions is a strong plus. High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and comfort working in a high-performance, international environment.
