The project includes ongoing curriculum development, workflow education, environment validation, and supporting clinical teams through enhancements, optimization, and training readiness activities.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Epic Beacon Principal Trainer to lead training curriculum development, instructional design, and end-user education across oncology service lines. This role ensures clinicians, infusion teams, pharmacists, and support staff are fully prepared to use Beacon treatment planning, ordering, and documentation workflows safely and effectively.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Epic Beacon curriculum, including oncology treatment plans, infusion workflows, ordering tools, and documentation processes. Collaborate with analysts, clinical leaders, and instructional design teams to translate workflow decisions into effective, scalable training materials. Build lesson plans, e Learnings, classroom content, training environment scenarios, and tip sheets aligned to real-world oncology use cases. Deliver training sessions, support credentialed trainers, and participate in competency assessments and readiness tracking. Support training environment validation, scheduling, LMS updates, workflow alignment activities, and onsite support during major training and go-live events.Qualifications Epic Beacon Principal Trainer certification required. 3+ years of Epic Beacon training or oncology-focused IT training experience preferred. Strong understanding of oncology workflows, chemotherapy regimens, infusion operations, and clinical documentation requirements. Experience supporting large healthcare organizations or international environments preferred. Excellent facilitation, communication, and instructional design skills. Ability to travel onsite full-time as required for training delivery, validation sessions, and end-user support.Travel Requirements 100% onsite travel required throughout the project.
