Overview:
Responsible for driving sales and business development for civil infrastructure products in Abu Dhabi, managing end-to-end project sales, tenders, and client relationships with end users, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and profit targets
- Develop business through tracking Abu Dhabi projects and tenders
- Handle pre-qualification with end users and EPC contractors
- Manage project sales, tenders, submissions, and follow-ups
- Conduct technical presentations and customer meetings
- Build strong relationships with end users, consultants, and contractors
- Identify new products, vendors, and market opportunities
- Provide regular sales reports and market intelligence
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and manage receivables
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related)
- 5–8 years of frontline sales experience in civil infrastructure projects (Abu Dhabi)
- Strong experience in project sales (road safety, storm water systems, geosynthetics, manhole covers)
- Established connections with Abu Dhabi end users and consultants
- Strong technical and commercial skills
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, D365, etc.)
- UAE driving license mandatory
