The Role
We are seeking a talented Workflow Engineer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain automated workflows that power our business operations and client solutions. You will work closely with our technical and product teams to streamline processes and create scalable automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex automation workflows using N8N, Make.com, and similar platforms
- Integrate third-party APIs and services including CRM systems, communication platforms, and data enrichment tools
- Build and optimize data processing pipelines for lead management, customer outreach, and analytics
- Troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues, ensuring high reliability and performance
- Document workflows and create technical specifications for automation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
- Monitor workflow performance and implement improvements based on data insights

Skills
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with workflow automation platforms (N8N, Make.com, Zapier, or similar)
- Strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data mapping
- Experience with JSON data manipulation and transformation
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with ActivePieces or similar open-source automation tools
- Knowledge of telecommunications systems (SIP, PBX, VoIP)
- Basic programming skills (JavaScript, Python)
- Experience with data enrichment platforms (Apollo.io, People Data Labs)
- German language skills
