A Snapshot of Your Day
As an Onsite Logistician (OSL), your day begins with setting up the workstation and verifying the infrastructure according to the Lay Down Area Plan. You monitor external services, inspect deliveries, manage tool distribution, prepare the required spare parts, and maintain inventory, ensuring timely access to necessary resources for the project team. Throughout the day, you communicate with site managers and technicians to address any issues and confirm that all logistics operations run smoothly.

- Ensure efficient logistics operations that contribute to the overall success of the project.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among various stakeholders, enhancing collaboration and minimizing delays. Support the project team by providing timely access to necessary tools and parts, ultimately contributing to project timelines and objectives.
- Maintain high standards of safety and compliance by adhering to EHS regulations and proper handling of hazardous materials. Committed to the highest Health and Safety and Quality requirements.
- English language skills on medium level, ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Willing to travel and work worldwide in a flexible working regime around 75-80% of the time outside Hungary.
- Team player with the ability to work and communicate effectively in a diverse team in a multicultural environment. Willingness and strong dedication to work in field service.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage logistics effectively.

- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Familiarity with EHS regulations and customs clearance processes is a plus.
