Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality and hotel relations, who has an existing network of corporate clients and the ability to drive business growth. You will play a key role in developing new partnerships, managing key accounts, and representing VIP Car Rental as a premium service provider. Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with hotels, corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key accounts. Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts. Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations to close contracts. Ensure all leads are properly followed up, documented, and converted into successful sales. Track and report on key performance metrics, sales targets, and client engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to all clients. Represent VIP Car Rental professionally in all client-facing interactions, ensuring top-level hospitality standards. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities. Requirements:Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in hospitality, hotels, or corporate account management. Strong network and proven relationships with hotels and corporate clients in Dubai/UAE. UAE driving license and own car (mandatory). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve targets. Professional, customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of hospitality standards.
