Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Dubai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key day-to-day tasks include identifying and developing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, providing high-quality service, and acting as a liaison between the company and its clients.
Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Real Estate Experience must required with Proven track record. Sales, client engagement, and customer relationship management experience Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and strategic planning experience Proficiency in customer management tools and general office software applications Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage) Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company confidently Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field Previous experience in the real estate/property management industry is a plus
