Responsibilities

Lead the overall architecture design and technical roadmap of the Credit Middle Platform, supporting end-to-end credit business processes — including credit assessment, disbursement, repayment, and marketing operations. Design and build core middle-platform services such as credit limit service, payment gateway, marketing campaign engine, user center, and accounting/reconciliation modules. Promote service modularization and standardization; define reusable components, service specifications, and API documentation to enable scalability across multiple product lines. Oversee system performance optimization, stability enhancement, and technical risk management to ensure high availability, concurrency, and security. Collaborate closely with product, risk, payment, and operations teams to drive solution design, technical review, release validation, and iterative improvement. Guide team members on system design, code quality, and architectural best practices, fostering engineering excellence and innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field, with 10+ years of experience in credit, payment, or middle-platform system development and architecture. Strong understanding of credit business logic and hands-on experience in building middle-platform systems such as credit limit engines, accounting hubs, payment gateways, or marketing platforms. Proficient in Java/Spring Boot microservice architecture and familiar with Python for data processing and service integration. Solid knowledge of distributed system design, message queues (Kafka/Rabbit MQ), caching (Redis), and relational databases (MySQL/Postgre SQL). Strong system architecture and design capabilities — able to decompose complex systems, ensure scalability, reliability, and performance balance. Excellent English communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams (product, risk). Passionate about technology innovation and fintech, with a high sense of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation.

Nice to Have

Experience working in large-scale fintech companies or Saa S-based credit platforms. Knowledge of risk-based pricing, market system, credit limit system Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and Dev Ops practices including CI/CD pipelines.
