Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating Present menus and provide clear information about food and beverage offerings Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle basic service requests Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas Clear tables and reset them promptly for new guests Handle POS transactions, billing, and payments accurately Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow Support team members during busy periods Upsell menu items and daily specials when appropriate Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar F&B role is an advantage Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly, polite, and professional attitude Ability to work well in a team and under pressure Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette Familiarity with Specialty Coffee
