About the Role
We are a specialized FMCG marketing agency based in Iraq, executing large-scale campaigns across all Iraqi cities.
We are looking for a Business Development Representative in Dubai to represent us commercially only — all executions will be done inside Iraq, not in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the agency in Dubai and approach medium & large companies
- Conduct in-person meetings, online meetings, and professional email outreach
- Pitch and sell marketing services executed in Iraq
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into signed contracts
- Build long-term relationships with marketing managers & decision-makers
Services to Sell
- Influencer Marketing Campaigns
- Promotion Teams & Tasting / Sampling Campaigns
- Outdoor Advertising & Street Activations
- Social Media Management & Digital Campaigns
Execution Model
- All campaigns are executed by our Iraq-based team
- Your role is sales, networking, meetings, and deal closing only
- Full support provided (company profile, proposals, pricing, case studies)
Compensation
- Commission-based only
- High commission percentage per closed deal
- Commission paid after contract signing and payment collection
Ideal Candidate
- Based in Dubai
- Strong network in FMCG, retail, or corporate sector
- Experience in sales, BD, or agency representation
- Confident in meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Arabic & English communication skills preferred
