Description
Lead end-to-end partnership development with hospitals and health systems, from initial engagement through contract execution and long-term expansionSecure multi-year agreements covering Digital Twin deployment, diagnostics volumes, and platform integrationBuild and manage a strong regional hospital pipeline, progressing opportunities through long, complex sales cyclesRepresent the organization at a senior level with hospital executives, medical directors, and department headsNavigate complex buying committees including clinicians, IT, procurement, legal, compliance, and executive leadershipLead high-level workshops, presentations, and working sessions to drive education, alignment, and stakeholder buy-inBuild trusted relationships with key clinical stakeholders through a strong understanding of human biology, diagnostics, and treatment pathwaysAct as a bridge between hospital partners and internal product, data, and clinical teamsClearly articulate how genetic data and Digital Twin technology integrate into hospital systems and clinical workflowsSupport hospital stakeholders in understanding clinical validation, data requirements, and real-world use casesPartner internally to ensure hospital insights and feedback inform product development and deployment strategyLead negotiations with hospital procurement and compliance teamsEnsure alignment with relevant regulatory, ethical, and data governance standardsManage contracting structures across public and private hospital systems in the region


Profile
12+ years of experience selling into hospitals or integrated health systemsStrong background in diagnostics, clinical platforms, medical devices, or healthcare infrastructureProven track record of closing large, multi-year enterprise healthcare contractsDeep familiarity with hospital procurement processes, compliance requirements, and clinical validationExperience operating in the Middle East healthcare ecosystem is highly preferredDemonstrated ability to manage long, consultative sales cyclesStrong executive presence and credibility with senior clinicians and hospital leadershipAbility to translate complex scientific and technical concepts into clear clinical and commercial valueStrategic thinker with hands-on deal-closing capabilityComfortable working in ambiguity and building partnerships in a scaling, high-growth environment


Job Offer

Monthly salary of USD 10,000 - 15,000
