Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Dance Manager with RAD ballet certificate at Melodica Music Academy in Dubai. The Dance Manager will be responsible for overseeing dance classes, coordinating with instructors, developing dance programs, and ensuring a high standard of dance education. This role involves day-to-day management of the dance department, scheduling classes, and maintaining the quality of instruction.
Qualifications Experience in managing dance programs and classes Strong knowledge of dance styles, particularly RAD Ballet Effective communication and leadership skills Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues Previous experience in a similar role or dance management Certifications in dance education or related fields
Responsibilities:❇Responsible for the development and implementation of teachers' development programs and training, ballet class plan, dance events (concerts, competitions, performances, open classes, etc.), career plan for teachers, teachers' progress improvement, and dance strategic planning;❇ Training ballet teachers❇Responsible for the Dance Department KPI’s and aims, outcomes, teachers' performance, classes schedule, activities, year calendar, teachers recruitment, dance suppliers
