Job Summary


The Sales Executive – Fire & Safety is responsible for generating business for fire alarm, firefighting, and life safety systems through lead generation, site surveys, quotations, and client relationship management. The role requires strong coordination with engineering, authority-approval teams, and operations to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.


 Key Responsibilities


 Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new leads through site visits, cold calls, and client references
  • Promote fire alarm, firefighting, suppression systems, and safety equipment
  • Develop business from AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and projects
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and facility managers


 Site Survey & Technical Coordination

  • Conduct basic site surveys to understand fire safety requirements
  • Coordinate with engineers for system design and BOQ preparation
  • Identify non-compliance issues and propose corrective solutions


 Quotation & Negotiation

  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations
  • Follow up on quotations and negotiate pricing within company guidelines
  • Convert quotations into confirmed orders / LPOs


 Authority & Compliance Support

  • Coordinate with Civil Defense / local fire authority for approvals
  • Ensure all proposals comply with applicable fire safety codes and standards
  • Support inspections, testing, and handover documentation


 Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain sales pipeline, quotation status, and client data
  • Track AMC expiry dates and renewal opportunities
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

 Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of fire alarm & firefighting systems
  • Understanding of fire safety standards and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Good coordination with internal technical teams

 Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred)
  • 1–3 years experience in fire & safety or MEP sales
  • UAE / GCC experience preferred
  • Valid driving license is an advantage

  • Fire alarm systems (panels, detectors, MCPs)
