One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Sr. Sales Engineer -Industrial Automation & controls Products.
Job Requirement:• To achieve the assigned sales revenue and margin targets and increase market share for all products in the company Product portfolio, through MEP Contractors, Panel builders, System Integrators in Oil and Gas ,End users, EPC contractors , Consultants.• Manage Products & systems within Automation department Portfolio• Demand generation with Consultants, EPC and MEP contractors, System integrators and end users in Infrastructure, Water waste water, Oil & Gas , Industrial Manufacturing Plants.
Job description• Assigned sales and margin target for the area and for the region• Develop New accounts, establish OEMs & End User relationships, create Project and account Funnel• Customer portfolio development of dealers, panel builders, consultants & MEP contractors & System Integrators. Business is spread across several principals-Brands Industrial Automation and Control products, Industrial enclosures Drives , Soft starters and other related Products and components.• Keeping abreast with Competitor and Market developments and key growth Verticals to focus on.
Qualifications & Experience Required• Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics Engineering Degree holder with 5-7years Sales Engineer with Industrial Controls & Automation Product portfolio in GCC countries preferably UAE experience and UAE market knowledge is essential• Good English written and Oral communication skills and ability to interact with people.• Valid UAE driving License.• PC literacy and excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Power point.• Good Presentation Skills , Team working or Time Management
