Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to standard recipes.
Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty drinks.
Operate coffee machines, blenders, and juice equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee and juice stations.
Handle cash and POS transactions when required.
Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of low inventory.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards.
Skills
1–2 years’ experience as a barista or juice maker (preferred).
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, hot drinks and juice preparation.
Basic English required; Arabic is an advantage.
Food safety certification is a plus.
