We are hiring Operations Manager, who will oversees daily business operations, ensures efficient workflow across departments, manages resources, and implements policies and procedures to achieve company goals and maintain high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operational activities
Manage multiple departments including admin, logistics, warehouse, or service teams
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and productivity
Optimize resources, processes, and workflow efficiency
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Handle client/vendor relationships and operational queries
Prepare reports for senior management on operations, finance, and performance
Identify risks and provide solutions to improve operations
