Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and take-offs for MEP works
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations
Identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities
Maintain updated pricing databases and cost benchmarks
Assist in tender submissions and bid evaluations
Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
5-7 years of experience as an MEP Estimator in construction projects
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and materials
Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Strong analytical and communication skills
