This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Sales Coordinator at T-ELEK GROUP CO LTD. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing daily operations, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, maintaining sales records, assisting with sales reporting, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services to customers. The role requires proactive collaboration with the sales and operations teams to achieve business goals efficiently.

Skills

  • Provide direct support to the Sales Department in day-to-day activities and departmental coordination
  • Manage and track incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation in CRM systems
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-up actions
  • Assist with client communication and ensure excellent service across all touchpoints
  • Experience in Sales, with the ability to support sales teams in achieving targets and developing client relationships
  • Updating the ERP system regarding customer master data
  • Handling, coordination, and execution of "various cases," including unsatisfied customers
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Follow-up on incomplete offers and orders
  • Assisting other company units, such as debtor, procurement, and sourcing when they need assistance.
  • Previous experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
