As part of our expansion into the real estate sector, we are looking for an experienced Administrative & Operations Officer to support daily operations and contribute to the growth of the company from the ground up.

Our company has a strong international focus, particularly in Spain and Latin America, connecting global investors with the UAE’s fast-growing real estate market.


Role Overview

The Administrative & Operations Officer will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the company and ensuring smooth coordination across administrative, regulatory, and operational functions. This role involves managing internal processes, ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations, handling documentation, and coordinating operational activities that directly contribute to the efficiency and growth of the company.

Skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of licenses, contracts, approvals, and internal documentation
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations, including RERA, Dubai Land Department (DLD), Trakheesi, and related authorities
  • Manage government-related portals for real estate licensing, registration, and compliance submissions
  • Manage property listings and advertising portals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date property information
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts, tenancy agreements, and internal documentation
  • Support brokerage operations, including transaction documentation and onboarding of agents and staff
  • Coordinate with banks, accounting firms, auditors, and other external service providers
  • Assist management with reports, scheduling, and operational follow-ups


Operations Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflows across departments
  • Manage and oversee office leasing and rentals
  • Handle all aspects of office rental agreements and client coordination
  • Assist with visa-related processes, including Golden Visa applications
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and UAE local regulations in all operational activities


Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative and/or operations role (real estate experience is mandatory)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • English is required; additional languages are a plus
  • Customer-service mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
