Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and staff during assigned shifts

Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams
Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Prepare shift reports and operational updates
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
