Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing real estate brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property sales, strong client-handling skills, and the ability to close deals in a fast-paced market. Experience in off-plan and secondary market sales is highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties (off-plan and ready units).
  • Handle client inquiries, qualify leads, and conduct meetings and property viewings.
  • Advise clients on property options, pricing, payment plans, and mortgage solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
  • Generate leads through company CRM, networking, referrals, and online portals.
  • Negotiate terms and successfully close sales transactions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and competitor activities.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai (off-plan experience is an advantage).
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Good understanding of Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UAE Driving License and own car is a (plus).
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
