Envira is a young, dynamic European company expanding into the UAE. We manufacture our own high-quality insecticides in our Turkish production facility and successfully sell across Amazon Europe (Germany, Austria, Turkey). We are looking for a licensed Agricultural Engineer to anchor our Dubai operations.

The Role

This is a flexible, hybrid role combining technical compliance with digital growth. We offer Homeoffice options and are open to both Part-Time or Full-Time candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Lead: Act as our licensed engineer registered with MOCCAE to ensure all products and operations meet UAE standards.

• Technical Customer Service: Provide expert advice to customers regarding product usage, safety, and effectiveness.

• E-commerce Support: Assist in managing our Amazon UAE, moon etc. presence, ensuring technical accuracy in listings.

• Market Integration: Bridge the gap between our European products and the specific agricultural/pest needs of the UAE market.

Requirements:

• Must be a registered Agricultural Engineer with a valid MOCCAE license.

• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.

• Interest in e-commerce and a "start-up" growth mindset.

• Active MOCCAE License: Current registration as an Agricultural Engineer with the UAE Ministry.

• Regulatory Expertise: Proficiency in UAE pesticide registration and compliance.

• Product Knowledge: Technical understanding of insecticide formulations and safety (MSDS).

• E-commerce Literacy: Ability to navigate Amazon Seller Central, noon and digital tools.

Soft Skills

• Bilingual Communication: Fluent English is required; German or Turkish is a bonus but optional.

• Customer Empathy: Ability to simplify technical jargon for consumer support.

• Independence: Highly disciplined for a home-office environment.

• Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced European startup culture.

Managerial Skills

• Operational Oversight: Managing the end-to-face registration pipeline in the UAE.
