Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Female HR and Finance Associate (Filipino National) to support daily human resources functions and assist the finance department with administrative and compliance-related tasks. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who have strong communication skills and are eager to build their careers in HR and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR)
- Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave data, and HR files
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and internal communications
- Support payroll coordination through accurate attendance records
- Assist in ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law
Finance Support
- Assist finance department with documentation, data entry, and record maintenance
- Support invoice preparation and expense tracking
- Coordinate with internal and external accountants
Tax & Compliance Support
- Support collection and organization of statutory compliance records
- Coordinate follow-ups related to tax filings and submissions
Skills
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA, Postgraduate degree, or relevant academic qualification
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of HR, finance, or accounting principles
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
