Female HR and Finance Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Female HR and Finance Associate (Filipino National) to support daily human resources functions and assist the finance department with administrative and compliance-related tasks. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who have strong communication skills and are eager to build their careers in HR and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR)

  • Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave data, and HR files
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and internal communications
  • Support payroll coordination through accurate attendance records
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law

Finance Support

  • Assist finance department with documentation, data entry, and record maintenance
  • Support invoice preparation and expense tracking
  • Coordinate with internal and external accountants

Tax & Compliance Support

  • Support collection and organization of statutory compliance records
  • Coordinate follow-ups related to tax filings and submissions



Skills

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA, Postgraduate degree, or relevant academic qualification
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of HR, finance, or accounting principles
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
