B2B Sales & Procurement Executive – IT / Laptop Wholesale (International Markets)

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales & Procurement Executive to manage both purchasing and international wholesale sales of laptops and IT products. The role requires hands-on experience in sourcing products, managing supplier relationships, pricing, and selling to B2B customers across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, understand international trade dynamics, and be capable of independently handling deals from procurement to final sale.


Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

  • Source laptops and IT products from local and international suppliers
  • Negotiate purchase prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines
  • Identify profitable buying opportunities based on market demand
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for stock movement

B2B Sales & Client Management

  • Develop and manage B2B customers in multiple countries
  • Sell products to resellers, distributors, and bulk buyers
  • Prepare quotations based on cost, margin, and market pricing
  • Manage price negotiations and close wholesale deals
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships and repeat business

Market & Pricing

  • Track market prices, demand trends, and competitor activity
  • Calculate landed cost, margins, and profitability per deal
  • Advise management on product selection and pricing strategy

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: AED 5,000 per month (≈ USD 1,360)
  • Commission: 10% of net profit generated from closed deals
  • Commission Payment: Paid after successful deal completion and payment collection
  • Earning Potential: High for candidates who can generate consistent volume


Skills

Desired Skills & Requirements

Mandatory Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B wholesale trading (IT, laptops, electronics preferred)
  • Experience handling both purchasing and sales
  • Existing customer or supplier network is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of international markets and cross-border trade

Core Skills

  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Ability to calculate costs, margins, and pricing accurately
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong relationship management and follow-up discipline

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling to Africa, Middle East, South Asia, or Europe
  • Knowledge of logistics, shipping terms (FOB, CIF, EXW)
  • Familiarity with refurbished / used IT markets
  • Arabic or additional languages are a plus
