Overview of the role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Power Generators with strong expertise in the GCC and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in power product sales, including export experience, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

 

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including international clients.
  • Achieve sales and marketing targets for assigned territories, with a focus on export markets.
  • Meet and exceed sales financial objectives.
  • Contribute to the division’s strategy and annual growth plans.
  • Enhance team knowledge and awareness of products and market trends.
  • Identify sales opportunities and customer requirements; prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Sustain rapport with key accounts through regular visits, exploring specific needs, and closing deals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry regulations.
  • Flexibility to travel to support regional operations and export activities.


Skills

Required skills to be successful:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales of power products, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in export sales of power generators or related power products.
  • Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of power generators and power systems.
  • Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, business, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic decision-making and team-leading abilities.
