Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Partnership Manager to lead the development of a strong ecosystem of value-added partners that enhance the customer journey across our insurance products, including Motor, Home, Medical, Travel, and other retail lines.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partners that complement our insurance offerings (such as repair workshops, home service providers, travel platforms, health service providers, digital apps, fintechs, wellness programs, lifestyle partners, etc.).
This role plays a key part in creating differentiated customer experiences, improving retention, and driving new revenue opportunities through ecosystem integration.
What you will do:
Partnership Development
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners across relevant sectors such as auto services, home services, travel platforms, healthcare, wellness, fintech, and lifestyle services
- Develop partnership proposals, commercial terms, and value propositions aligned with Orient Insurance’s product strategy
- Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements ensuring commercial viability and regulatory compliance
Ecosystem Integration
- Work with product teams to design partnership-based add-ons that enhance Motor, Home, Travel, and Medical insurance propositions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (product, claims, IT, marketing, legal) for seamless partner integration
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and manage day-to-day relationship activities
- Monitor partner performance, KPIs, service levels, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Conduct periodic business reviews and ensure continued value delivery for both parties
Market Intelligence
- Research and map potential ecosystem partners within the UAE and GCC region
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, platforms, and consumer trends relevant to insurance value-added services
- Identify innovative ecosystem opportunities to differentiate Orient Insurance
Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing to co-develop joint campaigns, customer offers, and cross-promotions
- Work with Operations and Claims teams to optimize partner-related processes
- Provide regular updates to senior management on pipeline, performance, and strategic opportunities

What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, BD, ecosystem development, or vendor management—preferably in insurance, banking, fintech, telecom, or consumer services
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and commercial acumen
- Experience working with service providers, aggregators, digital platforms, or B2B partnerships
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously
- Understanding of UAE insurance market is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
