What you’ll do:
✅ Handle office administration and documentation
✅ Manage correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping
✅ Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations for administrative support
✅ Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and vendor management
✅ Assist in scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
What we’re looking for:
✔ 2+ years in administrative or office management roles
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
✔ Fluent in Arabic & English
