Back Office Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth back-office operations and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and maintain records

Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence

Support coordination between departments

Handle filing, scanning, and documentation

Assist with inventory, invoices, and office administration

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Back Office Assistant or similar role preferred

Good computer skills (MS Office)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and in a team
